Family Parking

Family parking is located on the Northside of the property, closest to Immokalee Road. The playground is available for your family before and after service. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Wellness Policy

Children with any sign or symptom of illness will not be permitted to enter the NaplesKids classrooms and must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning. Please click here to view our complete wellness policy.

Security

All NaplesKids serve team members are carefully trained and background checked before serving. We also follow a strict check-in process to ensure the safety of your child.

A Collier County Sheriff Officer is on-site during all NaplesKids events.

Snacks, Allergies, and Special Needs

We provide cheerios for kids one-year-old through Preschool during service. Babies can be sent with formula or breastmilk, and all other kids are welcome to bring any peanut-free snack or drink into the classrooms. Drinks and snacks must be labeled with the child’s first and last name. We are happy to feed your baby with pre-made bottles. Serve team members are not allowed to prepare bottles.

Notify us of any allergies, medical needs, or behavioral needs so we can best assist your family.

Comfort Areas

While ministry is available for children from Birth-5th grade, we know that sometimes kids “just aren’t havin’ it!” and that’s okay! This is why we offer a “Comfort Area” for your family. In the corner of our lobby we have couches and tables for adults, and toys and snacks to keep your kids entertained. We live-stream service in this area so you can care for your little one without missing out on anything.
