WHAT IS THE XII CONFERENCE:

The XII Conference is a high-energy, two-day youth event designed to help students encounter God in a real and personal way while building meaningful relationships with others their age.

It’s more than just an event... It’s an environment where young people can step away from the noise of everyday life and experience powerful worship, hear from some of the leading voices of this generation, and be encouraged in their faith. Throughout the conference, students are challenged and equipped to grow deeper, discover purpose, and take next steps in following Jesus.

XII Conference is all about creating moments that lead to lasting change, where hearts are transformed, faith becomes real, and students leave not just inspired, but moving toward lifelong discipleship.

CONFERENCE DATES:

Tuesday, July 21 to Thursday, July 23rd.

• Arrival time at the church on Tuesday, July 21st, will be at 4:00 am.
• Student pickup after the conference on Thursday, July 23rd, will be at NOON (12:00 PM.)

WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE:

We will be meeting at the church for departure and pickup for the conference, but the venue in Tampa is located at the Yuengling Center. (12499 USF Bull Run Drive, Tampa, FL, 33617)

CONFERENCE COST:

The total cost of the conference is $450.

• A non-refundable deposit is due by July 1st, 2026.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by July 15th, 2026.

HOW TO SIGN UP:

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to secure each youth's spot for the XII YTH Conference.

• The cost will cover all food, transportation, housing, all activities, and a conference t-shirt.
